The conference will take place at the Hilton Miami Downtown. Located at 1601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, Florida, 33132, it's just five short miles from the Miami International Airport.

Dine-Arounds

Dine-Arounds are a great opportunity to connect with others at the IOA Annual Conference in a smaller group. Dine-Arounds will take place on Monday, 7 April, participants can choose to join a group of 4-6 people. The deadline to sign up is 6 April. Learn More and Sign Up>

What to Pack

Wondering What to Wear?

In April, Miami typically enjoys temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s (°F), with low chances of rain and plenty of sunshine. Dress in layers for the conference, as session rooms may be chilly. Evenings can be pleasantly mild, so a light jacket or sweater might come in handy.

Arrival Activities

The Ombuds Lounge 
The Ombuds Lounge will be open for early arrivers on Sunday beginning at 5:00 PM ET. Feel free to drop off your luggage and explore Miami for the evening and/or hang out with hosts.
