IOA is a professional organization and does not have any employees of its own. Our work is made possible by our volunteers and through executive support by our Executive Director Ellen Miller, and operational support provided by SBI Association Management. SBI serves many other local, national, and international nonprofit associations.

To contact IOA, you can write, call, or send us an email. When you call the IOA Office, any one of the staff will be able to help you.

International Ombudsman Association

Our office will be closed for the holidays from Monday, December 23, 2024, through Wednesday, January 1, 2025. We will resume normal business hours on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
